|Meet Roxy, an eight-year-old female Cavalier King Charles Spaniel mix who weights in at about 20 lbs. She is a loving and spunky little girl who is curious about everything. Roxy is mostly deaf and will need a secure fenced yard and people that will work with her (she is good with hand signals). Once she bonds to people she wants to be with them most of the time. Good with cats and other dogs, but she loves people best. She tries to play with the foster's old cat, which is funny to watch.
Roxy is house trained and getting used to being in a crate when needed. Once she is secure in her home and knows that her people are nearby she can be left alone. She loves to travel.
Roxy responds to affection by giving kisses and jumping into laps. She will follow you around and lay down nearby with her head between her paws.
We do not know what Roxy’s first home situation was like except that there were children in the home. For questions about Roxy contact her fosters.
