All of The Pet Samaritan Fund staff are volunteers and do not get paid. We would like to thank them for all their hard work!
Founder: Emily Dial
Ms. Dial started PSF out of her devotion and dedication to help animals. She realized there was a great need in caring for the growing numbers of homeless animals, and through inexhaustible efforts, started this program which places value on animal's lives.
